If the equipping character is in the Nightsoul’s Blessing state when triggering this effect, all nearby party members gain an additional 28% Elemental DMG Bonus for the Elemental Types involved in the elemental reaction for 20s. The equipping character can trigger this effect while off-field, and the DMG bonus from Artifact Sets with the same name do not stack.
Like most supporting units from Natlan, the best artifact set for Citlali is the 4-piece Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City. While there are special cases where you might not want to use the 4-piece Cinder City artifact set, it remains the optimal choice in almost all scenarios. With this set equipped, Citlali provides a 40% DMG bonus to party members when she triggers a reaction. This effect, combined with her innate 20% Pyro and Hydro RES shred, creates an incredible buff. It becomes even more potent if you have Citlali’s second constellation, which grants an additional 20% Pyro and Hydro RES shred.
The only drawback of using the Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City artifact set is that its DMG bonus does not stack. This means a team cannot benefit from having two characters equipped with the Cinder City set.
