Hoyoverse has officially unveiled the cast of characters that players will meet in Genshin Impact‘s Snezhnaya chapter. As the Traveler finally reaches the homeland of the Fatui, the story is expected to uncover some of Teyvat’s biggest mysteries, including a long-awaited meeting with the Tsaritsa herself.
The latest “Transcendence Trailer – Sudden Snow” introduced several new faces alongside familiar Fatui Harbingers. Here is every Genshin Impact Snezhnaya character revealed so far.

Vodyanitsa

Vodyanitsa is the first new character introduced in the trailer, preparing for what appears to be a grand musical performance. Despite the elegant setting, her dialogue hints at a much darker theme. She claims that the rules governing Teyvat are nothing more than curses, directly challenging the laws established by the Heavenly Principles.
The trailer confirms that Vodyanitsa uses the Hydro element, although Hoyoverse has occasionally changed character details before release.
She also shares noticeable similarities with Robin from Honkai: Star Rail, both in appearance and as a singer who plays a significant role in the story.
Alyosha

Alyosha initially appears to be on friendly terms with Vodyanitsa, but the trailer quickly reveals another side of him. During her performance, he secretly aims a rifle at one of the attendees before being interrupted by Valeriy.
Instead of firing, Alyosha blows a whistle that summons a pack of wolves to attack, suggesting he possesses abilities beyond conventional weaponry.
Anastasya Feodorovna Snezhnaya (The Tsaritsa)

The biggest reveal in the trailer is the first proper look at Anastasya Feodorovna Snezhnaya, the Cryo Archon and ruler of Snezhnaya.
The trailer shows her reflecting on a child who once called her “mother,” heavily implying that the Heavenly Principles took the child away. Near the conclusion, she confronts both Ronova and Rhinedottir, two members of the Four Shades. While likely symbolic, the battle represents Snezhnaya’s willingness to oppose Celestia itself.
Vesna

Vesna serves as a member of the Druzhna, the military force responsible for protecting the Tsaritsa. She is shown leading soldiers through an active search operation.
She has butterfly-like wings on her back, pointed ears similar to Noy and Nicole, and carries an Anemo Vision according to the trailer.
Valeriy

Valeriy steps in to prevent Alyosha from shooting one of the event’s guests. In a recent Genshin Impact event, titled Trials of the Brave Warrior, a Fatui NPC confirmed called Valeriy a Fatui Major.
Similar to Varka, his imposing physique makes him one of the largest human characters seen so far. During combat, the silhouette of a giant bear appears behind him, though it remains unclear whether this represents an actual ability or simply symbolizes his immense strength.
Noy

Although Noy only receives a brief introduction, his dialogue raises some fascinating questions. He describes the current era as peaceful compared to ages long past, implying that he has lived for an incredibly long time.
Combined with his pointed ears, this has led many players to speculate that he belongs to the same race as Nicole.
Danica

Danica appears aboard one of Snezhnaya’s trains, seemingly working as a maid. However, beneath her calm and refined demeanor lies a highly capable fighter.
The trailer portrays her eliminating threats with remarkable precision while maintaining perfect composure, suggesting she is far more dangerous than her appearance implies.
Mitya

Mitya receives relatively little screen time but is shown reading while sitting before a massive machine featuring a giant dial.
He briefly references something known as the “Kresnik’s Torch.” His design seems to be a mix of Honkai: Star Rail’s Misha and Genshin Impact’s Kamisato Ayato, who later turned out to be one of Penacony’s most important characters.
“The Rooster” Pulcinella

Pulcinella, the Fifth Fatui Harbinger, continues to receive significant attention across the Snezhnaya promotional trailers, strongly indicating that he will play a major role in the upcoming Archon Quest.
In the latest trailer, he oversees a committee meeting discussing the approval of Project Stuzha, a mysterious initiative that appears central to Snezhnaya’s future.
“Regrator” Pantalone

Pantalone, also known as Feofan Sergeyevich Veskel, is another Fatui Harbinger involved with Project Stuzha.
Known for his resentment toward the gods, Pantalone believes divine control over the world’s resources has created an unfair imbalance. His philosophy revolves around achieving “fair exchange,” and he appears to be working alongside Pulcinella to bring Project Stuzha to completion.
Odette

Odette spends most of the trailer hidden in the shadows before suddenly emerging behind the same target Alyosha had been watching.
Her stealthy approach strongly suggests that she functions as an assassin. Together with Alyosha and Vodyanitsa, she appears to be pursuing a shared objective that challenges the rules governing Teyvat.
The latest Snezhnaya trailer introduces an intriguing mix of allies, Fatui Harbingers, and mysterious newcomers. While Hoyoverse has only offered brief glimpses of most characters, the footage already hints at major conflicts involving Celestia, the Heavenly Principles, and the long-awaited Project Stuzha. With the Traveler finally arriving in the Cryo nation, players can expect these characters to play key roles in Genshin Impact’s biggest chapter yet.
