Jadefall’s Splendor is a brand new weapon from the Jade series in Genshin Impact. Most players expected it to be a DPS weapon with Critical stats like other Jade weapons. Surprisingly, Jadefallls Splendor is a support weapon tailormade for Baizhu.

Here are the stats for Jadefall’s Splendor at level 90:

Base ATK608
Sub-stat49.6% HP
Passive effect (R1-R5)For 3s after using an Elemental Burst or creating a shield, the equipping character can gain the Primordial Jade Regalia effect: Restore 4.5/5/5.5/6/6.5 Energy every 2.5s, and gain 0.3%/0.5%/0.7%/0.9%/1.1% Elemental DMG Bonus for their corresponding Elemental Type for every 1,000 Max HP they possess, up to 12%/20%/28%/36%/44%. Primordial Jade Regalia will still take effect even if the equipping character is not on the field.
In simple words, Jadefall’s Splendor gives the equipping character two benefits for 3 seconds after using an Elemental Burst or creating a shield. Firstly, it restores energy every 2.5 seconds, and secondly, it grants them Elemental DMG Bonus based on their max HP. This passive effect is perfect for Baizhu heals and create shields based off his max HP. However, it also makes them weapons restrictive and unusable on almost all catalyst characters.

Best Characters for Jadefall’s Splendor

Jadefall’s Splendor is a catalyst with HP scaling secondary stat. Because of this, the number of characters who can use this weapon is fairly low. Baizhu is the best candidate for Jadefall’s Splendor as it is meant to be his signature catalyst. Baizhu benefits from Jadefall’s Splendor’s HP sub-stat and passive.

Other than Baizhu, players can use Jadefall’s Splendor on Kokomi and Barbara. However, the weapon’s passive is useless to them. Players can also try this weapon on an HP-focused Yanfei build. With Yanfei’s fourth constellation, you can use her as a shield.

Is Jadefall’s Splendor worth pulling?

As previously mentioned, Jadefall’s Splendor is a weapon that is primarily useful for Baizhu, so it’s only worth investing in if you have this character. It’s important to note that pulling on weapon banners can be riskier than character banners, as there’s always the chance of getting a weapon that’s not useful for your current characters.

Therefore, we recommend being cautious with your primogems to avoid pulling a weapon that you won’t use. For free-to-play players, it may be more beneficial to invest in versatile weapons like Staff of Homa, rather than niche weapons like Jadefall’s Splendor.
